All products from the Gift Moods and the business collections are unique and made upon order.
You can send your requests to valentine@littlethingsilove.boutique; all emails will be answered within 3 working days.
Based on your demand and the gift mood you are in, you will receive some proposals including fabric, colors, designs, and prices.
If you find a waawie gift, we prepare the invoice with all ordering details. After recieving your payment, we get to work and prepare your gift within 4 weeks. Delivery cost is not included but can be quoted upfront.

Shipping is included for orders over 150€ inside Belgium. Smaller orders and orders for other countries within Europe will be quoted upfront.
Since we only make customized products, no returns will be accepted, except for products that would appear to be damaged. Colors and sizes will be agreed in written in the invoice.
